Friday June 6, 2025 9:00am - 10:00am PDT
Participants will develop a deep understanding of trauma-informed leadership principles and their application in creating equitable, safe, and supportive learning environments. By the end of the session, participants will be able to identify key components of a trauma-sensitive school culture, utilize data-driven strategies to design targeted interventions, and implement professional development initiatives that empower educators to respond effectively to the needs of trauma-impacted students. Leaders will also learn how to build community partnerships and systems of support to address barriers to learning, fostering resilience and academic success. Additionally, attendees will leave equipped with actionable strategies to promote culturally responsive practices and sustainable, systems-level change that ensures all students, regardless of their background or experiences, can thrive in a nurturing and inclusive school environment.
