This interactive session will provide a collaborative space for educators and leaders to explore strategies for increasing the presence of Latino educators, coaching them into leadership positions, and fostering inclusive environments. Participants will examine the impact of microaggressions on teachers of color, particularly those with Multilingual Learner (MLL) backgrounds, and discuss how to shift language and leadership frameworks to create affirming and resilient school communities. This session aims to empower leaders with practical tools to build trauma-informed, equity-driven schools that support the professional growth of Latino educators and leaders.
